It's my first option in Rotorua, thank you. The room is reasonably priced. The location is excellent and comfortable, to a great restaurant across the road.

I've had a relaxing stay for a night. The room was tidy and practical and included a seating area, a writing table, and iron and ironing board, really enjoyed it. The bathroom had a spa bathtub, which was great.

Extremely pleasant and generous sized units with large clean bathroom, dining table as well plus a large spa bath, and amazingly nice staff. Simple design. Favourable and magnificent location, 15 minutes' walk to The Spa Rotorua.

The rooms were impeccably clean and huge with a large spa bath with very comfy beds. The hotel restaurant was top-notch which did good breakfast.

Straightforward accommodation with good location to a huge Countdown supermarket. Stylish and soundproof rooms with central heating, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge. Comfy bed, a large bathroom.

The location was marvellous and easy, for example, The Spa Rotorua was relatively close to the hotel. The staff were all polite, courteous.

The room was large and fashionable, with great facilities, heating, slept really well. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator worked well. The location was easy, at walking distance from The Spa Rotorua.

Location near Whakarewarewa and a top rated cafe/restaurant that opens 9 am to late and the lake where the better restaurants are. Generally great service with parking on site.

We had an amazing time staying here. The location is perfect, close to the city centre and we were able to explore the beautiful area. Housekeeping and the room service staff were incredible. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini bar and a comfortable sitting area. The leisure jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff here were so helpful and courteous. The garden area was fantastic with garden furniture and free toiletries were an excellent addition to the already amazing stay.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the area and have a luxurious stay.

Polite staff and the place was fairly clean. We greatly enjoyed our neat room with jacuzzi in the bathroom. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was amazing.

Our rooms were well-appointed and beautifully presented and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar and a microwave. The location was comfortable and handy, so close to Racing Rotorua.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. the value for money is unbeatable. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location is amazing. It is situated in a great area with plenty to see and do nearby. Thirdly, the staff were wonderful. They provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The beds had electric blankets, which was a nice touch, and the spa bath and private hot tub were absolute highlights. this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We loved the spacious and clean room with a comfortable king-size bed and large spa bath. The hotel's location was excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the city centre and a 5-minute walk to a large supermarket. The hotel also had great facilities, including a private spa that we enjoyed using. The staff provided great service and were very accommodating, even holding our room for an extra night without confirmation.

This hotel is definitely value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of amazing areas to visit nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely big spa bath to relax in. And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
